Using Full Joysticks for left & right sticks "jamming"

I've used Xoutput for many years and I'm grateful for your efforts. I have a degenerative contition that leaves me with a significant tremor ln both arms and using full joysticks "dampens" the worst of the effect of the tremors. So I use a Virpil Constellation as a left stick a Thrustmaster Warthog on the right. Xoutput used to be the only way I could play games. For several months now though both joystick inputs intermittently "stick" with no output just for a few seconds, then jump back to normal. I'd be very grateful for a solution, because xOutput was my only means of playing games, but at the moment I'm unable to play XInput games because of this.

Edit: Both joysticks behave perfectly independntly when tested in the Direct input section. However, when comibned as a "Controller" the axes on both joysticks freeze intermittently. Please help!
