Mouse stuttering when using program

I use a joystick instead of WASD and so im using my mouse at the same time and when I use this software to make my joystick work my mouse stutters every 10-20 seconds. This issue of mouse stuttering doesn't happen ever when im not using the program. I would just like for my joystick to work, does anyone know how to fix this?

If you disable the auto-refresh in the settings that got rid of the issue for me.
