Controller Stops Being Emulated When Two Controllers Are Being Emulated As One

Hey, I have a setup on XOutput where I use two controllers (a flight stick and a racing wheel) configured as one Xbox 360 controller. For example: The throttle on the flight stick controls the L2 and R2 triggers, while the wheel controls the LX axis and the face buttons. This works well, for a while(say a few minutes to half an hour or so), but eventually one of the controllers stops being emulated. Thanks for reading this.
