The slow speed of test

Thanks for your novel work ! I have trained the ReDet on my dataset, but i find it's a little slow when i test. I have convert the ReDet to pytorch and set the rotate_test_aug to False, it reached anout 1.4 FPS on a 2080Ti with 1024X1024 image size, is there someting wrong? Or it is normal？
