Add syntaxes to CSS trigonometric functions

Part of the documentation work on CSS trigonometric functions.

Safari/webkit already supports those CSS functions. Chromium will follow soon.

Sorry for a long delay in response. mdn-data in CSSTree was updated to 2.0.30 and these changes are not needed anymore. As I see, you contributed it into mdn-data. Thank you for your effort!
