Add support for @function?

Currently looking into replacing sass with postcss. This module has been a life saver. This final piece of the puzzle is @function.

Started to look into how this library could achieve this, we looked at mixin as it is sort of similar. Any pointers, suggestions or possibility you will be adding this feature?
