Please can you comment on when one would use CCSR vs SeeSR?

Both appear to have similar objectives? How does CCSR perform vs SeeSR?

Compared to SeeSR, CCSR does not rely on extracting image semantic prompts to activate the generative capabilities of SD. However, the performance of SeeSR can be negatively affected by inaccurate prompts generated by the prompt extractor.
