Functions for dynamic styles within media query issue

Expected behavior: When I change screen size the dynamic styles should be applied to all elements

Describe the bug: When you resize the screen and use dynamic styles within a media query one of the styles does not get applied

as a note, this also appears to fail if you have a dynamic style that contains a media query, but even worse, as it completely ignores the media query value
