Upgrade to next Apache xmlgraphics-commons when available

The Apache xmlgraphics-commons project has merged a commit which sets an automatic module name of org.apache.xmlgraphics.commons, different to the one currently being assumed by this project, which is based on the automated filename-based rules that Maven applies.

Once the next release of xmlgraphics-commons is available, EchoSVG should switch to the new module name (and mark that module as transitive where appropriate).
