'$(ConfigurationName) and $(SolutionDir) not expanded in <PathExtension> on VS 17.14.11 + GTA 1.17.x

$(SolutionDir)\bin\x86_64\vc143.$(ConfigurationName)\

When I push absolute path everything works fine
