Student view overrides coordinator view

Currently if a coordinator is also a student for a section (for example, comms or DE&I is taking a CSM section), then the student view comes up first and blocks the coordinator from looking at the coordinator/mentor section interface. The quick fix for this is to always prioritize coordinator/mentor view for now, but in the future this should be toggle able (listed in a separate issue). Also note that there should be a check for active students, as even a coordinator that is also an inactive student will get the student view.
