客服出现多个相同对话框，来自同一个访客的

现在行为

访客在对话框中反复切换智能客服与人工坐席时，客服端会出现多个对话框。 每次进入访客页面，默认都是智能客服，然后切换到人工客服，这时点返回按钮。

预期行为

访客在对话框中反复切换智能客服与人工坐席时，每次打开人工客服时都是打开上一次的对话框
