C++ Spurious Moves, Adds and Deletes

We should support this though the hierarchy better than we do now.

kp-space-time-stack aborts on vortex when more than 1 MPI rank is used

I was testing using the MueLu driver (Trilinos/packages/muelu/test/scaling/Driver.cpp) and 1 MPI rank is OK, more than one leads to an abort. It woofs here: if (stack_frame != &stack_root) { std::cerr

There's some funky login about how those things interact and it is not correct. Fixing this might require changing how the PR tests are configured. Not entirely sure.
