For lots of these games, the human records cannot be beaten under the conditions that they test them on in papers, since they give them a maximum of half an hour to play.

If given time, some would be broken (eg here's standard DQN getting over 15 million points in Atlantis by just letting it play away: https://youtu.be/VUe4jWHGoNk, and it got to over 30 million before I killed it)
