Need to cache locally the contents of the Google Font CSS files

This takes a long time to download, and it would be nice to cache this locally on some periodic basis.

Perhaps expiring once a week?

Another option is to pipe-delimit the fetch and construction of CSS link tags:

Keep in mind that according to their terms of use under Section 5.E.1 that you can't keep cached copies longer than permitted by the cached header, which is set to 24 hours.
