Quick question, i see you are using nuget package for github connection. Should i add that nuget in Fritz.ChatBot project or i expose endpoint in Frtiz.StreamTools and call via http like with azure commands?

Let's use an endpoint in StreamTools so that we don't use requests against GitHub
