Migrate to discord.py v2

Based on how Discord's API has evolved, discord.py has had to change their interface to support new features. All 1.X discord.py versions will not work by the end of 2023. Info about what needs to change is here https://discordpy.readthedocs.io/en/stable/migrating.html.
