4.5.2: Referencing remotes?

4.5.2 highlights that devtools is recommended for writing R packages. Should there be a reference for remotes here too? I'm not sure of the distinction, but I've seen some newer packages utilize it lately.

Sure. remotes didn't exist when we wrote about devtools (likewise usithis) explaining why it's not in there. I agree that it should be in there!
