Show Float Values on Trade Offers Page

Note, this is not the same as the page as when you're creating/responding to a specific trade offer.

We should show floats and such for the item boxes when looking at https://steamcommunity.com/id/me/tradeoffers/

We currently show it when you actually click on the trade offer only.
