03-link-layer, connection to WiFi needs clarification.

Hi. Thank you for your book. I have a question about 03-link-layer chapter.

From: 0f:2a:b3:1f:b3:1a To: ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff Data: Who is the MAC-Gateway for this network?

Is Data field above right, or should it be: "If there is a network to connect, send me a message with your MAC address?" If not, then what is "this network"? Thank you.
