Scale canvas text and items with window size

Following widgets need to be updated:

This should be an option. By default, the font size should be fixed at the same size as the system font, see issue #174

Just +1ing this. I've got gpredict running on a big 55" TV now (still just 1080p though) and the fonts (on the map in particular) are too small to read from the back of the room. The option to change font size would fix this :) Thanks so much for all your efforts on this great software, it really is invaluable.
