Use of local time instead of UTC by default

Hey!

Yesterday I again missed recording a satellite when I consulted the next pass moment of a freshly installed gpredict because it uses UTC by default. I'm not sure if UTC is some kind of standard when it comes to professional use of this kind of software, but if not I'd like to request that gpredict use local time instead of UTC by default as a quality of life improvement.

UTC is the standard for time. Used in all kinds of industries and science.
