Updated TLEs not updating Radio and Rotor Windows

When leaving gpredict running for extended periods of time or manually performing a TLE update, I've noticed pass information (e.g. AOS/LOS) does not update. The windows need to be closed and re-opened to pick up the changes.

@ghostop14 do you have any number for "extended periods"? I'd like to test it.

Generally I manually go in and update about once/week.
