Describe the bug

❗❗❗ my colonists will shoot each other, only if i have rimthreaded and vef loaded at the same time, but seperately this doesnt happen ❗❗❗

Steps to reproduce the behavior (VERY IMPORTANT)

1. ❗❗❗ draft colonists while being raided its very random sometimes they wont shoot each other but if you draft them while they are fighting people usually they will shoot each other. ❗❗❗
