Incorrect beauty value for terrains

Describe the bug
Almost every terrain has decreased beauty value. Soil/stony soil/lichen soil all have -3 beauty value.
Steps to reproduce the behavior (VERY IMPORTANT)
Start a save and turn on beauty overlay. I made sure it's not just the problem with overlay display, the paws were affected.

I am not sure if this is related, but what I have here in the mod setting page is different from the screenshot in steam workshop
