(Ideology) Some social opinion modifiers originating from ideos not showing in pawns' social tabs

Describe the bug
Noticed first with Blindness meme. The modifiers [Blind (Ideoligion): +50] and [Sighted (Ideoligion): -30] disappeared from my colonists' opinions of each other when I added RimThreaded. Did some testing after with new colonies; seems to happen with other precepts as well but not all. Try the steps below:
Steps to reproduce the behavior (VERY IMPORTANT)
- Start new colony (default until ideo page)
- Choose an preset ideo (next steps are for "Nature over Man")
- Accept random colonists and start game in temperate zone
- Have a colonist strip all clothes and have another cut down a tree
- In vanilla+Royalty+Ideology, after a few seconds, colonists will have an [Uncovered Groin/Chest (Ideoligion): -18] opinion debuff for the first colonist and [Cut Tree (Ideoligion): -8] debuff for the other.
- With Rimthreaded enabled, only the cut tree debuff appears; wait for a few days to confirm

That problem occurs for me for also social impact. Not working since forever (experimental also doesnt work), are passive social impacts generated via second hand events. F.e Boddy modders. They usally have a +8 Opinion towards each other for every part, stacking to +40. Social impacts generated via direct/ active events, such as "mother/ father", "son/sister" work fine.
Passive impacts of Ideology dont work neither, with the same system then social ones not applying. Debuffs generated passive (like missing roles) do not work. Active buffs/ debuffs caused via active events (such as stated before, a "living" mother), such as Kills, Suicides, Events like parties, executions, mod related events work fine.
So its seems the check for inactive/ passive events/ moodles is not working correctly if I take that wide guess.
