[Windows] Incompatability with 'windows' mod. Broken lighting

Describe the bug Lighting breaks after building windows, saving, re-launching, and loading. I had lights on the inside that were casting light outside my base; maybe that's a factor. Minimal possible modlist below, ~50% chance to break properly on each launch and load.
Steps to reproduce the behavior (VERY IMPORTANT)
- Launch with modlist
- Load save, reload if lighting not broken
- Lighting should be broken.
- Cry?

Save file !!! Please add a save file where the issue occurs to speed up testing and fixing of the issue !!! new arrivals1 is test world generated with minimum modlist, UwUvia is the save I initially had the problem with. Saves.zip
