Support for saving as a template

Hey there,

cool plugin. However, we would like to start using work item templates in combination with markdown. After pressing "Capture" the markdown description will be saved in the description field as the html value generated by markdown.

When I now load the captured template, it will just insert the html in the description field, but not the markdown field.

I can imagine that it probably has something to do with how VSTS stores the description field and does not actually include any custom fields. Changing the original description field also does not update the markdown field which might be hard to implement.

Is there a simpler way to include a default value in markdown?
