  • [x] first email to students: schedule, practicalities, accessing Notebooks and eLena
  • [x] second email to students: reminders, especially checking log in and onsite/remote participation
  • [x] any students without Haka login?
  • [x] (request feedback form) Not necessary because feedback form already in eLena
  • [x] check on-site practicalities (badges, lunch)
  • [x] preparations for hybrid set-up
