support for mdx version 2.0

The new mdxbuilder makes mdx files which could only be opened by the new apps. This code also doesn't to seem to work anymore with the new mdx files. Could you please update your code so that it could also open version 2.0 mdx mdd files?

Hi Do you mean the new version .mdx dictionaries or the old ones made by the previous MDXbuilder versions?
