Feature request - toggle switch

Would it be possible to add a toggle switch (or enable/disable buttons if that's easier to implement) to the Options? I'm finding that I have to go into the Chrome...

In one browser with yout extension I have everything blocked except +mail.google.com and +gmail.com but the browsers redirects to accounts.google.com for login and the extension doesn't block it.

It only works when the view validation page is open.
