Bust the Nancy cache for a template with includes

When dev'ing in Nancy, if you make changes to a partial or master page (anything loaded through the IVeilContext.GetTemplateByName) it will not regenerate when you hit refresh. Only the primary template is checked.

Simple fix: No caching at dev time? Better fix: Make the cache break when either the primary template or any of the templates it includes is changed.
