Lab 2 Substitution Check is not correct

Does not detect duplicates if one of the cypher letters is lower case and another one is upper case.

I also encountered this bug. I think we need to add additional test to make sure the program detect duplicates like VvHhRrGgNnLSKFBDQWAXEUYMOI.
