Repeat scrambles popping up when doing virtual solves

In a session of 321/323 virtual 3x3 solves (linked below), I've encountered tens of back-to-back duplicate scrambles. I don't know what causes them, sorry, but I do know that I get them quite often when practicing virtual 3x3 (I only really practice virtual 3x3 so I don't know if it happens with other events but I'd assume it does). Thank you for taking the time to figure this one out, I think it's important this bug is eventually fixed since it could make PB and UWR times for virtual events less than completely accurate. https://youtu.be/v2UnnkXYh08

Well, actually, the next scramble is generated in 1~2 frame(s) from the prev solve.
