Unable to connect to smart cube on Android

Using both Opera and Chrome, GoCube and 365i v2, I am unable to connect a smart cube to cstimer on my Android phone (google pixel 3 xl, Android version 11). When I try to connect to a Bluetooth cube, it goes to the pairing screen, then stays there. It looks like it's searching for BT devices, but never finds anything.

For comparison, on the same device, with the same cubes, I am able to use them normally via their native apps, as well as through another Web based cube timer (cubeast). It seems unique to cstimer that it can't find Bluetooth devices?
