Added functionality to go to reconstructions website from single time stat

Reconstruction website that i used is reputable https://jonatanklosko.github.io/. Currently it only shows properly in english version. If you consider it worth to be added to the website, as I do, I'll make it work in every language either by adding STATS_RECONSTRUCTIONS manually to every lang file or with tool if you have one for it. I also believe that design wise it can be improved but it's your call. Should you want to enhance this feature option can be added in menu to choose default method to be chosen in reconstructions website.

Might want to amend that PR then since it still uses the other URL. :-)

Disclaimer: I have no idea if it's liable to be accepted given how long the original wasn't replied to, I'm obviously not the repo maintainer, I just noticed the URL wasn't working when looking through PRs.
