non inspection with my stackmat gen 4

Sometimes when I am using csTimer and I connect my stackmat gen 4 it detect it correctly but when I want to use my stackmat for inspection I touch my stackmat in the sensor and it doesn't start the inspection and I need to use my spacebar to start the inspection and sometimes the inspection starts randomly. All this happend when I use the option of "Use Stackmat Status Information"

If someone can help me I will appreciate it.
