Scramble monospace font issue

I think this might be a problem with a corrupt font file, because I just updated ubuntu, but still wanted to bring it up.

The font for div#scrambleDiv is set to SimHei, monospace. On my system, SimHei get's replaced with Noto Sans CJK SC, a non-monospace font.

Can confirm this is still a problem on a clean version of kubuntu 20.04
