Build a test suite for Etheno

There is no way to validate that the removal / addition of features will not break Etheno. This is currently difficult to do given the complex feature-set that etheno supports. After the removal of the features mentioned in #95, etheno's functionality will be more tightly scoped and a test suite can be built.
