LCOV support should generate the complete file structure instead of a single one

Describe the desired feature

The LCOV support from echidna generates a single file, while most of the VS code extensions require a directory with the same source code structure (e.g. contracts/contract1.lcov, contracts/contract2.lcov, etc). We need to refactor the LCOV code to support that.
