[Feature Request] Keep an Uninstall log

Good morning, would be useful to have Uninstall Tool to maintain an uninstall log.

Just had a situation where a program required a specific version of .NET runtime and I had to uninstall multiple .NET packages until said program started working, would be nice to be able to track back what was removed.

Thank you very much for this piece of software.
