Leftovers detector detects too much for deletion

After uninstalling something if .lnk in Start Menu for this software placed manually for example to Start Menu\Programs\Some subdir\Program.lnk then detector selects every shortcuts in Some Subdir ignoring that there are ton of other software links not connected to uninstalled software. In automatic removing scenario UT deletes too much sometimes making system broken. It's not only with .lnk's but with registry and other files too.
