Uninstaller for Windows Updates

Being an Uninstall Tool, it could be nice to have an option to uninstall Windows Updates from this interface.

Using the Built-In Windows one (start appwiz.cpl, then click the "View installed Updates" link) looks similar to programs.

Some have an "Uninstall" option, and some don't, it would probably be enough to show a messagebox if an update can't be uninstalled.
