Menu does not open when main window is minimized

When the main window is minized it is not possible to open the menu via click on the menu bar icon, e.g. to close fan control.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Fan Control main window
2. Hide main window by clicking on yellow ball icon in the window title
3. Click on fan icon in the mac menu.

Result, nothing happens Expected behaviour. Main window opens.

Yes, it happens with 1.5.14 which is reported as latest version for me.

today 1.5.15 still the same, one more related issue, there's no app icon when the app is minimised, it took me 1 mins to try to find it. :)
