Automatic with minimum fan speed

• Would there be a feature to select automatic with minimum fan speed?
• The fan will work at automatic fan speed, but it will never go down a specific RPM, even if the device is icy cold.
• If the device gets hot, the fan speed will increase as expected.

good feature for Mac Studio. Drop RPM under automatic value and if SOC is Hot, the fan speed will increase as expected.
