Feature request: Expose metrics to exporters

I want to monitor my Macs' temperature and fan speeds remotely, via Prometheus. Your helper already has all the data; I just need to get it out and have Prometheus pick it up. (No fan control is requested or desired.)

Nice version

Add a feature to periodically dump sensor state into a user-chosen file in Prometheus text format. I'll point your app at the text-export directory of the local node-exporter, and voila! we're done.

Cheap version

Add an option to periodically dump sensor state in whatever format you like into some file you choose and tell us where that is and what it means. If that file already exists, just let us know the format!

Incentive

This would make a great reason to buy a Pro license. I for one would certainly do so.
