MacBookPro - make the fan spin at min rpm when normally it's OFF (for better cooling)

When I reset control to Auto, fan 0 doesn't seem to work when low temperature. How to make current fan speed not lower than the minimum speed at Auto？ 4640F87E-5AE2-4DD7-9BE7-6ABEA2FED7D4

It's normal.

How to make current fan speed not lower than the minimum speed at Auto？

You can set the fan speed to 1200 manually.

I'm marking this as feature request, to let the fan rotate at minimum fan speed when it's normally off.
