Highlight important sensors

This is not a bug but a feature

It will be nice if i can select and highlight one or 2 sensors so that i can keep an eye on it.

the way that show the entire list is not that easy to spot the GPU temperature for example.

Is it possible to make the Value column sortable by high temperature, or to change the color of the temperature reading to Red when it hits or exceeds 50°C?
