Current project goals post

Draft of a post describing main areas of focus at the moment. Requesting feedback on general direction before going more into "refinement mode".

Some things I still need to look into:

• [x] Proper tags / categories
• [x] The "attributes" of each goal (status, led by, start date, etc) look a bit too raw, they could use some design love
• [ ] Maybe adding more links for learn more sections
• [ ] List more "latest milestones" (as we do with Windows support)
• [ ] Re-scanning to add more links where appropriate (eg things like structured concurrency could get links to definitions)

Out of scope: deciding where to link this from to act as a more visible "roadmap-ish" (I know we avoid talking about "roadmaps" because some people assume timelines as a consequence, but I haven't found a better word yet). We can start by simply publishing it as a blogpost and discuss where to link from later.
