Sometimes people may share off-topic stuff. Would be nice to allow regular logged-in users to report the announcement as spam and admin users to see a list of such reports....
This feature aims to show similar announcements at the bottom of the page, replacing the current Previous/Next.
Signed-in users should be able to add comments to the announcement. Anonymous users should be able to see them. The announcement has many comments. Comment belongs to the user.
